Electric actuatorPrinciple
Electric actuator = electric actuator textbook refers to: electric actuator = electric actuator + valve body because there are many kinds of valves: through valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves and so on. Electric actuator + various valves form another kind of products - electric regulating valves (can also be subdivided into: electric regulating through valves, electric regulating butterfly valves, electric regulating ball valves and so on).
So the electric actuator is used to refer to the electric actuator, without the valve body. The electric actuator is composed of motor, deceleration mechanism, limit mechanism, over-moment protection mechanism and position feedback device.
Electric actuator is driven by motor, controlled by DC current and feedback signal. When the upper instrument or computer sends out the control signal, the electric actuator acts in proportion to the size of the signal, opens the valve or valve to the corresponding opening through the output shaft, and feeds back the opening signal of the system to the control room, thus completing the regulation function of the system. The electric actuator can also be used with instruments such as operators and servo amplifiers.

Servo amplifier has two modes for customers to choose:
The control board of the actuator itself has the function of servo amplifier, which has compact structure, does not need to occupy the space behind the dashboard, and is easy to install and debug (that is, electronic integration).
The other is a single positioner, which is installed on the dashboard. This is a more traditional application method. It is easy to repair and replace (i.e. discrete proportional adjustment type).
The electric actuator is connected with various valve bodies, and various regulating valves are formed.
The function of the operator is:
The transmission signal provides the operator with visual input and feedback signal value in the control room, which is convenient for observing the site valve position.
When the control signal fails or the overhaul system, it can directly operate the electric actuator to complete manual operation in the case of accident overhaul. Servo amplifier (position locator) is used to amplify the signal. It receives 4-20mA control signal and amplifies the signal into strong electric signal which can control the positive and negative of the motor. It controls the actuator to realize the positive or negative turn.
