OHQ Series - Explosion-proof

"OHQ" series electric actuators are used to control 0-270 degrees rotation of valves and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, air valves, baffle valves, cock valves, louvers, etc. They can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, water treatment, ships, papermaking, power plants, heating, building automation, light industry and other industries, with 380V/220V/110. V AC power supply or 24V/110V DC power supply is the driving power supply (special voltage needs customization). With 4-20mA current signal or 0-10DA voltage signal as the control signal, the valve can move to the desired position and realize its automatic control. The maximum output torque is 4000N.M. (The product has obtained CE explosion-proof certificate, and the product quality is guaranteed.)

Performance characteristics

1. Shell - light weight due to the use of high-quality aluminium alloy. The inner and outer surfaces are anodized, and the outer surfaces are coated with polyester powder, which has strong corrosion resistance.

2. Motor-squirrel cage motor with large output torque and built-in thermal protection switch for temperature control can prevent motor from being damaged.

3. Manual structure - when power is not on, pulling the clutch handle can be operated manually. When the power is on, the clutch will reset automatically.

4. Position Indicator-Indicator is mounted on the central axis to observe the position of the valve. There is also a light indicator (SLU) to choose from.

5. Dryer - used to control temperature, prevent water condensation inside the actuator, and keep the internal electrical components dry.

6. Limit switch - controlled by cam mechanism, simple adjustment mechanism can set position accurately and conveniently.

7. Torsion switch (except HQ-008) - Provides overload protection to prevent motor damage. Please do not change the settings before leaving the factory.

8. Self-locking - with self-locking function, to prevent reversal, stable and reliable rotation part.

9. Installation-bottom mounting dimension conforms to ISO5211 international standard. Drive axle sleeve can be dismantled and processed according to need. It has strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.

10. The terminal-line arrangement is compact and reasonable, the diameter of the terminal is 2.5mm, the pressure is high, and the connection is firm.

11. Worm wheel - designed with concave wheel, large contact surface with worm, large transmission torque, stable and wear-resistant, long service life.
